May I return my purchase?
Absolutely! This store does accept returns. In the most unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you must first contact us within 3 days of receipt of item to receive authorization and to initiate a return procedure. If you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you until you are, or you can return your item for a refund! We stand behind our listings. Just contact us.Thank you.- returns are accepted under certain conditions, such as a gross error in the description, an error in the quoted price, etc. (N.B.: Please, note that diamonds or other gems are measured and graded while mounted and as mounting allows, meaning that all weights and grades are necessarily approximate.)- returns are not accepted for items altered, reserved, placed on lay-a-way or discounted from the original price (coupons included). Those sales are considered final. - returned items must be shipped back within 7 days to the address we will provide.- they must be returned insured, in the same packaging and you must provide a tracking number. Shipping charges will not be refunded.- - we do not charge a restocking fee if the item is not properly described. However, we do reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on all items returned. This fee can be waived. We have FREE SHIPPING offer running on occasion. This includes anywhere in North America (Canada. Alaska, and Hawai). We are shipping FREE WORLDWIDE until the end of the year! When an item is shipped from our Store in Paris, France, it is at NO extra cost to you! And it is shipped securely and fast (8-12 transit days). That's simple! Just ask and we will be happy to Email you additional photographs. We understand the difficulty inherent in buying many items online. And we want you to be fully satisfied with you purchase!

Do you ever give discounts?
Yes, on some occasions, although our prices are very competitive! For example, if you tell friends or family about us, and they purchase an item from us, we will deduct 5% from your next purchase. That is in addition to any specials we may be running at the time of your purchase. Likewise, if you come back to our Store and buy more than one item over a three-month period, we will offer you a 10% discount. All of our discounts are cumulative.
